This study's objective was to investigate the connections between staff perceptions of equality and levels student contentment at private institutions in Kurdistan area Iraq. Specifically, researchers were interested following: In order collect data, a face-to-face survey administered 119 students from five located region According findings, there is significant favorable relationship affirmative action satisfaction universities On other hand, no embracing diversity these universities.
